Role – Functional Safety Engineer (System)
- Join our Functional Safety team and contribute to the development of safety-critical automotive systems across global customer programs.
- Core Expertise: ISO 26262 system-level Functional Safety engineering, including Item Definition, HARA, Functional Safety Concept (FSC), Technical Safety Concept (TSC), and safety requirements development.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and review FSRs and TSRs, support system architecture and safety mechanisms, perform system-level safety analyses (FTA, & FMEA)
- Preferred Domains: e-Powertrain, BMS, ADAS, Chassis, Vehicle Control Units, or other safety-critical E/E systems.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Automotive Functional Safety / System Safety Engineering.
- Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid, based on project requirements.
Role – Functional Safety Engineer (Software)
- Work on safety-critical automotive software and support the development of robust software architectures and safety work products in accordance with ISO 26262.
- Core Expertise: ISO 26262 software development lifecycle, software safety requirements, software architecture, safety mechanisms, and safety analysis.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and review Software Safety Requirements (SSRs), support software architectural design, perform software FMEA and DFA, and contribute to freedom from interference and dependent failure analysis activities.
- Good to have: Embedded C/C++, AUTOSAR, MCAL, BSW, application software, RTOS, or safety-critical embedded systems.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Automotive Software Functional Safety / Embedded Software Development
- Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid, based on project requirements.
Role – Functional Safety Engineer (Hardware)
- Contribute to the design and analysis of safety-critical automotive hardware for high-integrity systems across ASIL programs.
- Core Expertise: ISO 26262 hardware development lifecycle, Hardware Safety Requirements (HSRs), hardware architecture, and quantitative safety analysis.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and review HSRs, perform FMEDA and hardware FMEA, support FTA, evaluate SPFM, LFM, and PMHF, and contribute to safety mechanism definition and diagnostic coverage analysis.
- Preferred Expertise: ECUs, MCUs, SoCs, power electronics, BMS, sensors, actuators, or automotive electronic hardware.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Automotive Hardware Functional Safety / Hardware Safety Analysis.

Role – Semiconductor Functional Safety Engineer
- Join our Semiconductor Functional Safety team and contribute to the development and assessment of safety-critical semiconductor products for automotive applications.
- Core Expertise: ISO 26262 semiconductor Functional Safety, safety lifecycle execution, safety analysis, and safety work-product development.
- Key Responsibilities: Support safety planning, safety concept development, safety requirements, FMEDA, FMEA, FTA, dependent failure analysis, Functional failure analysis, and safety mechanism evaluation.
- Semiconductor Focus: Contribute to MCU, SoC, ASIC, IP, analog/mixed-signal, memory, or complex semiconductor safety activities, including diagnostic coverage and quantitative safety metrics.
- Preferred Expertise: Safety Manual, FMEDA, FIT-rate analysis, SPFM, LFM, PMHF, safety mechanisms, fault injection, or semiconductor product certification support.
- Experience: 3–7 years in Semiconductor Functional Safety, Automotive IC Development, or Safety Analysis.
- Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid, based on project requirements.
Role – Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer – ISO / SAE 21434 Concept & TARA
- Join our Automotive Cybersecurity team to develop cybersecurity concepts and perform risk-driven analysis for connected and software-defined vehicle systems.
- Core Expertise: ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity Concept (Clause 9) and Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment – TARA (Clause 15)
- Key Responsibilities: Perform Concept phase activities including Item definition, Asset identification, Threat analysis and Risk assessment (incl. Risk determination, and Risk treatment decision), specify Cybersecurity Goals, Claims, and Requirements. Define Verification and Validation strategy for right side of V model.
- Preferred Expertise: Threat methodologies such as STRIDE, PASTA etc.; Security controls such as Secure boot, Secure onboard communication, Secure diagnostics; Cryptography & key management know-how.
- Experience: 3–6 years in Automotive Cybersecurity, TARA, Cybersecurity Concept Development.
- Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid, based on project requirements.
Role – Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer – ISO / SAE 21434 Cybersecurity lifecycle
- Help automotive organizations establish, deploy, and improve cybersecurity engineering processes aligned with ISO/SAE 21434 and global automotive cybersecurity expectations
- Core Expertise: ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity lifecycle, governance, project-dependent cybersecurity management, distributed activities, continuous cybersecurity activities, and process compliance.
- Key Responsibilities: Establish and tailor cybersecurity processes in project context, refine templates and generate relevant work products across various Clauses of ISO/SAE 21434, create Cybersecurity Plans, compile Cybersecurity Cases, conduct gap analyses, and prepare projects for audits and assessments.
- Process Focus: Support process deployment, compliance monitoring, work-product reviews, supplier interfaces, evidence management, and continuous process improvement.
- Preferred Expertise: ISO/SAE 21434, CSMS, UNECE R155/R156
- Experience: 5-6 years in Automotive Cybersecurity Process, Compliance, Governance, or Assessment Support.
- Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid, based on project requirements.
